Refund policy

Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds and returns on any purchases, however exchanges can be requested.

Exchanges
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We will happily exchange items within the original purchase price paid for the item. If a higher priced item is selected, a difference will need to be paid. If a lower priced item is selected, a discount code will be issued.

While we are pleased to offer exchanges, all courier costs associated with the exchange will be at your own expense. This includes the cost of shipping the original item back to us and the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at Indochicza@icloud.com and we will initiate the exchange process by providing instructions on how and where to send your package, Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
