At IndoChic, we are committed to delivering your beautiful modern Indian fashion right to your doorstep, swiftly and securely. We partner with The Courier Guy for all our national courier services to ensure reliable delivery across South Africa.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM SAST on a business day will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Diwali, Eid, Black Friday), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays on our website banner or product pages.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (National - South Africa)

Shipping charges for your order are included in the checkout price. We use the Standard National Courier (Door-to-Door) option with The Courier Guy:

  • Delivery Time:
    • Major Centres (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Gqeberha): 1-2 business days from dispatch.
    • Regional / Outlying Areas: 2-4 business days from dispatch.
  • Please note: Remote or very rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Important Notes on Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in South Africa.
  • Delivery is typically between 08:00 AM and 17:00 PM. The Courier Guy does not deliver after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays.
  • While The Courier Guy is highly reliable, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, loadshedding, or road incidents may cause delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from us, which will contain your The Courier Guy tracking number (waybill number).
  • You can track the status of your order directly on The Courier Guy's website by entering your tracking number here: https://thecourierguy.co.za/tracking/

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only offer shipping within South Africa.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel during business hours.
  • Our couriers cannot call you in advance to notify you of their arrival. Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address.

5. Damages & Issues

  • IndoChic takes great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at indochicza@icloud.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition and the packaging.
  • We will assess the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include an exchange or store credit. Please keep all original packaging and damaged items until the issue is resolved.
